SPRING LOAD RESTRICTIONS

Pursuant to Wisconsin statutes 349.16 highway seasonal weight restrictions the Town of Big Bend road bands will be in effect FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026 AT NOON.

The Town of Big Bend weight restrictions for 2026 shall be set at 10 TON GROSS. This applies to all Town Roads in Big Bend Except for:

       Highway 40 and County D which are County Roads

 This notice does not include the Rusk County Highway Roads.

This is a critical period of time for the roads of Big Bend and we request support and cooperation for this temporary load limit.  Penalties may be imposed under sec. 348.21 Wisconsin Statutes for violation.
